Our standard MOQ is usually 300 sets per model. The exact MOQ may vary depending on the product, color, packaging and customization requirements.

In many cases, different models or colors can be combined, depending on the quantity and production arrangement. Please send us your preferred combination and we will check the most suitable solution.

It is helpful to provide the product model, size, quantity, color, logo requirements, packaging requirements and delivery destination. Reference photos or drawings are also welcome for customized projects.

Payment terms depend on the order value and project requirements. The detailed payment arrangement will be confirmed before the order is placed.

We normally accept T/T for bulk orders. PayPal can also be used for samples and certain small payments.

FOB Tianjin is one of our standard trade terms. Other arrangements can also be discussed depending on the order and shipping requirements.

Mold and tooling ownership depends on the development agreement and who covers the tooling cost. Ownership, exclusivity and usage terms will be confirmed before mold development begins.

Yes. Samples are available for product evaluation and quality checking before you place a bulk order.

Sample lead time depends on whether you select an existing product or require customization. Standard samples are usually faster, while custom colors, logos or new designs may require additional preparation time.

Sample cost depends on the product and customization requirements. Shipping cost is calculated separately based on the destination, package size and selected shipping method.

Sample fee policies depend on the product and project. For some bulk orders, part or all of the sample cost may be credited toward the order. Please confirm the arrangement with our sales team before ordering samples.

We carry out quality checks throughout the production process, including casting inspection, surface inspection, enamel or seasoning inspection, appearance checking, final inspection and packaging inspection.

Yes. Finished products are inspected before packing and shipment to make sure they meet the agreed specifications and quality requirements.

Our cast iron cookware can meet major food-contact safety requirements, including FDA and LFGB standards. Relevant compliance documents and test reports can be provided according to the product and market requirements.

Yes. We can provide available test reports and compliance documents. If your market, retailer or project requires specific testing, please let us know before placing the order.

Yes. We can cooperate with third-party inspection and testing organizations such as SGS, Intertek or TÜV when required. Inspection and testing requirements can be confirmed before production or shipment.
